More about Agents of Change
Today’s cultural and creative sectors are facing significant transitions due to accelerated technological change, evolving market needs, and the pressing challenge to address sustainability. Agents of Change is designed to meet these challenges head-on by offering a structured, gamified approach to capacity building.
By focusing on micro-learning and challenge-based methodologies, AoC ensures that learners can acquire and apply essential entrepreneurial, digital, and collaborative skills in short, targeted learning experiences. The result is a continuing vocational education pathway that boosts the resilience, adaptability, and visionary potential of CCI professionals.
Throughout the project, local and European pilot actions will test newly acquired skills on real-life cases, culminating in multiplier events and broader networking opportunities. This ensures tangible impact and robust dissemination among stakeholders across Europe, fostering stronger ecosystems of creativity, sustainability, and social innovation.
