More about Agents of Change

Today’s cultural and creative sectors are facing significant transitions due to accelerated technological change, evolving market needs, and the pressing challenge to address sustainability. Agents of Change is designed to meet these challenges head-on by offering a structured, gamified approach to capacity building.

By focusing on micro-learning and challenge-based methodologies, AoC ensures that learners can acquire and apply essential entrepreneurial, digital, and collaborative skills in short, targeted learning experiences. The result is a continuing vocational education pathway that boosts the resilience, adaptability, and visionary potential of CCI professionals.

Throughout the project, local and European pilot actions will test newly acquired skills on real-life cases, culminating in multiplier events and broader networking opportunities. This ensures tangible impact and robust dissemination among stakeholders across Europe, fostering stronger ecosystems of creativity, sustainability, and social innovation.

Drivhuset 🇸🇪
Project Coordinator

Drivhuset Göteborg is a non-profit foundation, working since 1998 to increase sustainable value creation, entrepreneurship and innovation. We teach, train and support people in generating and developing sustainable solutions that create value for them, others and the world. With rapid societal changes and increasing complexity, it doesn’t work to ” continue doing what we always have done”. When people, businesses and organizations face obstacles in adapting and creating a positive sustainable development, value creation through entrepreneurship is an important key. Being able to identify and create real sustainable values for others is necessary in order to face and solve challenges that arise in our everyday life, at work or in society at large. Our mission is to train, educate, coach and support people with concrete tools and our research-based methods: LOOPA and TOOKIG, which helps learners develop, test and implement new ideas that make a difference.

Drivhuset in Gothenburg has a very wide range of activities that involve thousands of people in different ways every year, teaches, trains and supports people, companies and organizations to develop entrepreneurial innovation skills through our action- and research-based entrepreneurial/innovation and leadership methods, which has also resulted in three published books: “LOOPA”: Loop method, a value-creating business development/innovation method based on both research and practice.
“TOOKIG (VUCA)”: A leadership model (based on VUCA) adapted for goal-seeking exploratory processes and projects. “Agile working method in innovation processes”: All experiences were in 2022, collected into a clear structure on why & how you should work agile when developing something new and innovative. Drivhuset Göteborg is a part of Drivhuset, A nordic educator and promoter of developing entrepreneurial skills, increasing sustainable entrepreneurship, value creation and innovation. Kulturanova 🇷🇸

The Association Kulturanova was unofficially founded in 1999, and in 2001 we were officially registered in Novi Sad. The organization was founded as the umbrella organization of all those young people who were tired of the closure of the then existing institutions and who, due to lack of experience, space, financial and other resources, could not realize their creative potential in art. Over 200 young people were present at the Founding Assembly! The organization still collaborates with many of them. How the organization was founded and the reason why it was founded, largely determined its future activities.

Our mission: Kulturanova initiates intercultural and intersectoral dialogue in society, encouraging the creativity of young people through art education, production of cultural content and the improvement of public policies in the field of culture and youth.

Our vision: Novi Sad is open to creating a new culture. For us, a new culture is a process of building new social relations that encourage dialogue, self-examination and critical thinking.

Kulturanova works in four areas, through its four programs:

  • Teatarnova – theater and performance,
  • Muzikanova – support for young music creators,
  • Medianova – audio-visual and media content,
  • Futuranova – innovation in cultural and creative industries.

During the previous years, we have implemented numerous international projects that has been supported by: European Commission, Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Serbia, ECF / European Cultural Foundation, Development Agency of Serbia, City of Novi Sad, Province of Vojvodina, IPA Interreg Funds, Swedish Institute, International Organization for Migration (IOM), Visegrad fund, Trust for Mutual Understanding and Fulbright program, Center for Regionalism, National Endowment for Democracy, Goethe READ Multilingual Fund, Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO,  Heartefact Fund, Horizon Europe program.
